Brian and Nick Wolfe have won multiple awards each year at the World Bodypainting Festival in Austria, have published seven books on bodyart and other make-up techniques, and are regular contributors to Halloween Horror nights and other productions at Universal Studios Orlando.
Their busy travel schedule for 2009 includes visits to New Zealand, Scotland, The Playboy Mansion, Austria, Wales, Universal Studios ... and The ScareHouse in Pittsburgh, PA!
This past weekend, Nick and Brian revealed their techniques and secrets to our make-up artists and also collaborated with the design of new creatures and characters.

This past weekend, The ScareHouse design team attended one of the country's largest gatherings of haunted attraction owners, actors, artists, and enthusiasts: The Midwest Haunters Convention in Columbus, Ohio.

We're kicking off The ScareHouse Moonlit Matinee Film Festival with the so-bad-it's-good cult phenomenon, "The Room." A hilarious indie black comedy detailing the goings-on of one steamy San Francisco love triangle. Johnny is a successful banker who is a bit too trusting at times. Lisa, his beautiful blonde fiancée, is (unbeknownst to Johnny) a manipulative taker with a double personality. And finally, there's Johnny's best friend, Mark, who has a good heart, but ultimately gives in to Lisa's temptations. "Are you ready to see reflection of your own life?" Lies, betrayal and tragic consequences... oh, my!
Since its initial release, the film's popularity has grown, with monthly screenings becoming an interactive experience similar to that of "Rocky Horror". Audience members dress up as their favorite characters, toss footballs at short distances, and shout commentary about the dialogue, the sets, and an inexplicably recurring close-up of a spoon. Audience participation is encouraged. Let it be stated, however, that throwing spoons AT the screen is not a good thing. Throw them up... and duck!
